Tax Bill Information

The Treasurer’s office handles several tasks for the county.

  • Collection of Property Taxes
  • Collection of Tax Sale Taxes
  • Mobile Home Permits: Transfer and/or Moving

Tax bills are only sent out 1 time in the spring but includes the bills for the entire year.


You will need to send either the A (Spring) or B (Fall) portion of the Tax Statement with your payment. If you choose to pay entire taxes in the spring, please submit both A & B copies with payment.

If you mail your tax statement, it must be postmarked on or before the deadline date. Payments received the day after the due date and up to 29 days late will receive a 5% penalty. 30 days or more late will result in a 10% penalty.

When paying by mail you will need to send a self-addressed stamped envelope with your payment to receive a receipt mailed to you.

A service fee of 2.5% with a $2.00 minimum will be applied to payments made with credit/debit card.
A fee of $0.95 will be charged for payments made via electronic check /ACH. (This is not a county fee.)
