SHERIFF SALE PROCEDURES HAVE CHANGED AS OF NOVEMBER 2025.
All Sheriff sales are conducted online through SRI Services.
- Go to sriservices.com
- Click Search Listings in the middle of the page.
- Select the state, county and sale type. ** sale type will be Foreclosure Sale.
- Find the address of the sale you are interested in, find all sale info on the listing by clicking the different boxes.
- Click Register on Zeus Auctions.
- Follow the prompts to create an account and get registered for the sale, as soon as the auction is on Zeus, bidders can register.
- Bidding will begin at 1:00 pm and end at 2:00 pm. You can register to bid up to 1:55 pm, the sale lasts for only one hour on Zeus.
- All bidding is online on the Zeus link.
- If you are the winning bidder you will receive an email with further instructions or by checking your Zeus Dashboard.
- Please note that all money orders or cashier’s checks are to be made payable to Ripley County Clerk and paid at the Clerk’s Office no later than Noon the next day. NO PERSONAL OR BUSINESS CHECKS ACCEPTED.
