Maternal and Child Health Classes

“Pregnancy to Postpartum” Class
Learn about prenatal health, preterm labor, safety, vaccines, safe sleep & more. For pregnant or new moms and anyone caring for little ones. Participants earn a free Pak N Play and sleep sack!
“Everyday Child Safety” Class
Learn about general safety for children of all ages. Topics include water safety, fire safety, gun safety, and home childproofing. For pregnant moms and anyone caring for kids.
“Safe @ Home” Class
An engaging course that teaches 4th-6th graders how to stay safe when they are home alone, handle emergencies, and make responsible decisions.
“Safe Sitter Expanded” Class
A hands-on course that teaches 6th-8 graders essential babysitting skills, including CPR, choking rescue, basic first aid, childcare, and how to handle emergencies with confidence.
Caregiver and Grandparent Class
Helps caregivers/grandparents stay up‑to‑date on home safety, car eats, vaccines & safe sleep practices.
