Icon Form 137B: Statement of Costs Paid on Tax Sale Property

Maximum 137B charges:

  • $475 – Attorney’s fees and cost of giving notice under IC 6-1.1-25-4.5
  • $250 – Costs of Title Search or of examining and updating the abstract of title for the Real Property
  • A receipt of these charges must be attached to the 137B
  • A 137B can not be filed with the Auditor’s Office until 30 days after the tax sale.
