Please note:

  • Beginning 7/1/01, all financing statements involving personal property are to be filed at the Indiana Secretary of State’s Office.
  • Failure to file in proper office may affect the perfection of the filing.
  • Please send separate checks for Auditor’s Fees. Documents sent with only one check including both Recorder’s Fees and Auditor’s Fees will be rejected for recording.
